As an organizational leader, our core task is being fair with our team. Whether being fair in raises, fair in hiring practices, fair in promotions, or fair in policy, we have an obligation to uphold these standards. Yet, being fair is not enough. If we want to see our teams go the extra mile for our organizations, we also need to be speedy. We need to break down barriers our team face everyday.
