One of the best ways to see leadership traits develop in our team is by finding opportunities for them to simply try. However, for many of us, that process of taking a risk or even letting go of certain responsibilities seems daunting. Yet, as leaders, if we do not hand off responsibilities, our leadership will hit a ceiling.
