Kelley alum and senior lecturer Todd Roberson has been setting high standards at Kelley for 20 years. When he’s not on campus, Todd can be found windsurfing, being a swim dad, singing in the men’s chorus and eating chips and salsa.
Jim has been teaching at Kelley for 12 years, and his connection to Kelley runs deep. A Kelley undergrad and PhD alum, Jim grew up in a Kelley family, and eventually met his wife, Barb, while they were doctoral students at Kelley. Now he and Barb are both professors at Kelley Indy.
A number of Kelley School faculty and staff members were recognized with both campus-wide and Kelley School awards this spring semester.
Every year, IUPUI student athletes recognize just a few of the outstanding professors on campus as their "favorite professors." These faculty members are recognized during halftime of both a men's and women's basketball game. The men's basketball team recognized faculty on Feb. 22, and the women's team will recognize faculty at their 7 PM game against Green Bay on February 28th at the Jungle.

As part of the National Women’s History Month observance every year in March, women faculty, staff and student leaders are recognized and celebrated at an annual leadership reception sponsored by the Office for Women and the Division of Student Affairs.
Looking back at her more than 30 years with Kelley School at IUPUI, Deb says it’s been the students and her coworkers who have been the most impactful.
Each year, the Chancellor’s Staff Recognition Ceremony honors staff members who have served at IUPUI for 15 years or more.
Becky started working at the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI as a program assistant in 2017 and was promoted to her current position in 2018. Becky is passionate about being a foster mom, being involved in theatre, and living in Irvington.
Matt Jones recently joined the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI as an undergrad academic advisor. He started in June; the staff picnic was his second day. Although he’s new to Kelley, Matt has almost always worked in higher education.
Lauren Little is an Associate Director of Student Services who has worked at IUPUI since May 2018. Before IUPUI she worked in Career Services at IU Bloomington and as an Academic Advisor at IU East.
